Linkcrest Solutions is a Singapore outsourced sales company supporting StarHub consumer services. This notice applies to information you submit through this website or send to the contact details published here.

Information we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, enquiry topic, message and consent confirmation. We also receive information that you choose to send by email or WhatsApp.

Please do not send NRIC numbers, copies of identity documents, banking credentials, card details or one-time passwords through these channels.

Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver, protect and maintain the website. The website’s own code does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to enquiries, verify representatives, discuss services or opportunities, maintain enquiry records, protect against misuse and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Where an enquiry relates to a StarHub application, additional information may be handled through the applicable order process and the notices shown at that stage.

Service providers and other platforms

Netlify hosts this website and processes website form submissions on our behalf. We use access controls and account settings available to us to manage those submissions. If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, the relevant platform or email provider also processes the communication under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may disclose information to service providers that support our operations, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose of the enquiry, business records, dispute handling or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights
